Terms and Conditions of the Online Store
www.rfllwandwski.eu – effective from January 1, 2023
I. Definitions
Online Store – the online platform available at www.rfllwandwski.eu, which allows customers to make purchases over the Internet. The store features an information exchange system and remote selection and purchase of goods and services.
Seller – M&J INTERNATIONAL Sp. z o.o., registered at Wojska Polskiego 152, 95-070 Aleksandrów Łódzki, NIP: 7322213774, REGON: 525943152, KRS: 0001049438. The company is listed in the business register maintained by the relevant ministry for economic affairs and business activity registration. The seller offers goods and services through the online store.
Customer – a natural or legal person, or an organizational unit with legal capacity, who places orders in the online store.
Consumer – as defined in Article 22(1) of the Civil Code (a natural person entering into a legal transaction with a business that is not directly related to their professional or business activity). A natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity is also considered a consumer if the nature of the contract indicates it is not of a professional character for them.
Goods and Services – products and services presented and offered through the online store, described in the respective product or service descriptions available in the store.
Account – a personal customer panel created automatically upon proper registration. It provides access to order history and personal data provided during registration.
Registration – the process of creating a customer account in the online store by providing personal data.
Cart – a system tool that facilitates purchases, allowing customers to gather selected products in one place before finalizing an order.
Order – a customer's declaration of intent aimed at concluding a sales contract. It specifies the type and quantity of goods or services the customer intends to purchase.
Contract – a sales agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the online store, completed remotely using electronic communication.
Newsletter – an electronic service provided by the Seller via email, allowing customers to receive marketing content, including updates on new arrivals and promotions.
Payment Operator – a payment institution that mediates transactions between the Customer and the Seller: PayPro S.A., ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, NIP: 779-236-98-87, REGON: 301345068, registered at the District Court for Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
Courier Services –

InPost Sp. z o.o., registered in Kraków, ul. Wielicka 28, KRS: 00000543759, NIP: 6793108059 (website: www.inpost.com).
Business Days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
II. General Provisions
The Seller operates and manages the online store, including the processing of customers' personal data.
The online store provides customers with product and service information, pricing, and availability while enabling the remote purchase of goods and services.
These Terms and Conditions define the principles of selling goods through the online store and the conditions for using electronic services provided by the Seller.
Regarding electronic services, these Terms constitute the regulations under Article 8 of the Act of July 18, 2002, on the Provision of Electronic Services.
The online store can be accessed if the customer's telecommunication system meets the following minimum requirements:
A computer or mobile device with an Internet connection
A web browser of at least Internet Explorer 11, Chrome 39, Firefox 34, Opera 26, or Safari 5 (or newer)
JavaScript enabled
An Internet connection of at least 256 kbit/s
An active email account
The ability to view PDF files
Customers can access the current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time at https://www.rfllwandwski.eu/terms, where they can also print a copy if needed.
III. Information About Goods, Services, and Prices
The store provides detailed descriptions of available products, including pricing and key characteristics. Product images are for reference only and may differ slightly due to monitor settings or lighting conditions.
Only goods marked with the "ADD TO CART" button are available for purchase.
Products marked as "Out of Stock" may become available again in the future, but they are not currently for sale.
Prices are displayed next to each product and include VAT and applicable excise duties.
Shipping costs within Poland are calculated automatically at checkout.
Shipping is only available within the European Union. The store does not provide information about customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees for destinations outside the EU.
The store reserves the right to modify product descriptions and prices, but these changes do not affect orders placed before the modification.
The Seller ensures that products sold are free from defects. Any existing defects or price reductions due to defects will be explicitly stated.
IV. Orders
The sales contract is concluded exclusively between the Seller and the Customer.
Orders can be placed online 24/7, except during technical maintenance or system downtimes.
Orders are processed exclusively in Polish.
The store allows retail purchases only (up to 20 items per order). Larger quantities require direct consultation with the Seller.
The contract is legally binding once the customer completes the ordering process and clicks the "PLACE ORDER" button.
V. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
The store delivers products only within the European Union.
In-store pickup is not available.
Delivery time includes both order processing and shipping time. In most cases, orders are processed within 7 business days from order confirmation.
The store aims to deliver within 1-3 business days from the order date, depending on stock availability and payment confirmation.
If a product is unavailable, the store will inform the customer within 30 days and issue a refund.
The store recommends inspecting the package upon delivery and reporting any damage to the courier immediately.
VI. Payment Methods
The store offers two payment options:
Online payments via Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.)
Cash on delivery
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
VII. Right to Withdraw from the Contract (for Consumers)
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without providing a reason.
Refunds include the full payment amount but exclude additional costs resulting from a non-standard delivery method chosen by the customer.
The store will issue refunds using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the customer agrees otherwise.
VIII. Complaints and Warranty
Customers may file complaints if the product is defective or does not match the contract.

IX. Final Provisions
Customers must use the store in accordance with Polish law and refrain from submitting any illegal content.
Disputes can be resolved through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at:

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Customers will be notified of significant changes via the store website.
