Return of goods
All items purchased in our online store www.rfllwandwski.eu can be returned within 30 days from the day the Customer takes possession of the goods.. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, the customer is responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the goods and/or packaging, going beyond the usual familiarization with the product (e.g. testing).
We recommend returning the goods in their original packaging to the warehouse

Complaints
Complaint about goods
Any product that is not in accordance with the contract, such as factory-defective goods, incomplete goods, goods that are not in accordance with the description or incorrectly delivered, and goods damaged during transport, is subject to complaint. In order to effectively file a complaint, please return it via "Convenient returns". In the form, you can attach photos of the damaged product and clearly state your expectations regarding the complaint - refund, product replacement, repair or price reduction. In the case of receiving a parcel with a damaged product, we recommend drawing up a damage report with the courier and sending it to rfl.lwandwski@gmail.com together with the complaint form. After receiving the report, we will contact the Customer within 3 working days to determine further steps in the complaint procedure. First, the complained goods must be collected from the Customer by a courier commissioned by us (the cost is borne by the store). The exception are situations in which the report concerns a missing element. The final consideration of the complaint will take place after receiving the complained product in our warehouse.
